Dragonce for Business is a two-way messaging app tailor-made to favor communication between internal staff. Without disclosing private telephone number, different parties can start discussion and conducting follow-up work by text, voice messages, instant sharing of photos, audios, files and web links. This therefore facilitates news release and simplifies the tiring administration work. Workflow management is also available - sick-leave and reimbursement application can be easily done.

Why use Dragonce?
- Resource Sharing: Group administrators can upload whatever files for others to download, such as employees’ code of conduct, severe weather arrangements and regulations about facilities.
- Disclosure of telephone number is not required: Users can sign up with an email address and to add other users into Contacts. Personal mobile phone number is not required, which protects users’ personal privacy.
- PC and Mobile Compatible: Users can login to personal computers and mobile based on personal preference. The relevant contact information will also be synchronized.
- To-do list: Users can add some text messages into the To-do list. On the To-do list page, users can set the item as ‘Unfinished’ or ‘Done’.
- Display of message status: Users can check the status of each message to see if it is read. Comparing to traditional SMS, such a practice is more reliable to ensure others are well noticed.
- Mute mode: Users can mute certain or all chat rooms based on own preference, which ensures their daily work is not bothered.
- Bookmark: Users can also add some text messages into the Bookmark to check and read the content.
- Quote: User can quote the previous text messages of other users to facilitate discussion.
- Tag users: Users can tag other users in the chat room. The message is more stand out to the tagged user.
- Simple and clean management panel: In the admin panel page, the group administrators can manage user number, user groupings and resources shared.
- Download chat record: The management level can keep and save the chat records between internal staff. Group administrators can also download all chat records based on different chat rooms and dates.
